Julie lives in Tamatave. She juggle her studies of philosophy at the University, her life as a young mother, and directing documentaries. She directed her first documentary in 2012, Au temps des litchis, selected in the film festival  “États généraux du film documentaire de Lussas” and at the film festival : “Festival International du Film d’Afrique et des Îles (FIFAI) de la Réunion”.

4 ans après is her second documentary as an author.

Madagascar - 2016 - 26 min - Original version Malagasy, French - French subtitles In Tamatave, two young primary school teachers, Rita and Lalia, face difficulties of the adaptation of the children in first grade, one is in a public school, the other is in a private school . despite their similar work, they live and teach in very different conditions.
